What happens if the product I love says "out of stock"?

If a product says "out of stock" please email us at ootdboutique@yahoo.com to ask us if there is a restock date or if it is available for pre order. If the picture is still up and says, "out of stock" chances are we will be restocking and you can email us for a restock date or to preorder to ensure that you will get the product you love in your size!

 

What if the product I love is sold out in my size?

If your size is sold out, please email us at ootdboutique@yahoo.com. It is a possibility that we can do a special order for your size. However, if the item is a sale or clearance item then we will probably not be able to do a special order. However, do not hesitate to contact us and ask!

 

What is your return policy?

Please see the tab along the bottom bar regarding shipping/returns or the store policies tab. 

 

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards that can be entered manually and securely at checkout. We also offer checkout through paypal, just click the yellow "paypal" button on the checkout screen and you will be redirected to paypal for a secure checkout. 

 

How can I be notified about sales and promotions?
